Why BioSeal

Designed around the tissue, not just the crown.

BioSeal focuses on implant restorative design that supports the soft tissue, improves emergence, and helps dentists deliver predictable esthetic implant crowns and full-arch restorations.

Advanced Surface Preparation — Every BioSeal zirconia implant restoration undergoes an enhanced finishing protocol. Restorations are meticulously polished, treated with the Siladent surface protocol, and conditioned using the Plasma X Motion™ system. This process is designed to optimize zirconia surface cleanliness and wettability, supporting soft-tissue adaptation and promoting an environment favorable for tissue health.

BioSeal Fabrication Goals

Pursued whenever implant depth, restorative space, occlusion, component compatibility, tissue anatomy, and submitted records permit.

Interproximal Contacts

Position the contact point 5 mm or less from the interproximal bone crest, using the submitted bitewing as the reference.

Standard Ti-Base

Use a 1.5 mm cuff and 6 mm post height (4026/4526) when implant depth and occlusion permit.

Custom Healing Abutment

Use a 4035/4535 Ti-base when clinically compatible.

Surface Protocol

Ultra-polish, complete a Siladent bath, and plasma-treat before and after Ti-base seating. No glaze is applied unless specifically requested.

Critical Zone

When possible, create approximately 1.0–1.5 mm of critical-zone tissue pressure while maintaining adequate subcritical/apical relief for blood supply and avoiding excessive compression. Tissue shaped by a stock healing abutment may limit this goal.
